Anthony Gatto is a highly experienced sales associate with 20 years of expertise in the real estate industry. He is committed to the highest professional standards and is results-oriented, with the ability to creatively structure, negotiate and close residential transactions, and is accomplished in many areas of real estate including purchase, sales, rehabilitation and management. Anthony has earned the designation of (GRI) Graduate REALTOR® Institute, (CNE) Certified Negotiaton Expert and (RSPS) Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and has just finished classes in Certified International Property Specialist and is awaiting his designation as a (CIPS) and is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Anthony began his career in real estate as a mortgage loan officer and quickly became a branch manager, He was appointed state manager of New Jersey in 2006 and state manager of New York in 2008 for the largest banker and broker in the country. This included managing 64 branches, with an annual loan production of $1.5 billion.
Anthony is a full-time resident of Bonita Springs along with his wife of 49 years, Mary Roseto Gatto, and in his free time, Anthony enjoys golfing, sailing, fishing, photography and art. He has been the Commodore of the Pelican Landing Sailing Amenity for the past four years and is a member of the Naples Italian Cultural Society.
