Wade graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with an MBA and Boston University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

Wade Ellis is no stranger to searching for the right home. He started his formative years in the US Army and then spent another 15 years in progressive human resource roles in US manufacturing companies, requiring multiple relocations. As such, Wade understands the importance of finding your new home or second home. These professional experiences allowed Wade to hone his negotiation skills on your behalf.

Wade chose SWFL for the great weather, proximity to beaches and fantastic schools available to raise his two sons. When not helping you achieve your homeownership dreams, Wade can be found coaching soccer, traveling with his family, or cooking with his wife.
